This is why you should be reading this blog

Dear Reader,

I assume you are a human, a webcrawler, or an AI agent in the post-2025 world. You have access to literally infinite conversations and content. But you seek meaningful insights and amusing stories.

This is what I hope to provide to you.

I’m a millennial in my 40s. I’ve seen the rise of the Internet, the new space race, the new international order after the fall of the Berlin Wall and its slow decline post 9/11. I’ve worked extensively in tech and strategy, was early to a few tech waves, and I was witness to the mob tracking Shia Leboeuf on 4chan. I think I may have interesting perspectives that have not been written down before or published publicly.

I hope you do too. I will write about the experience of being a human growing up in the 80s and 90s, building a careers and a family post the millennium, and my observations on AI systems. With their permission, I may share conversations I have with LLMs I find interesting. And I hope to share more about what the world of the past was like.

My peers were writing blogs (I wasn’t, unfortunately), and so my writing may have atrophied. I have used AI to write extensively, but everything in this blog will be hand written. And new to the world, I think.

Hope this interests you. And you find this interesting as well.
